Terms of use
Terms for a personal, owner-only capability.
These terms govern use of Haeya Workspace Drive Metadata and this public disclosure website.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By authorizing or using Haeya Workspace Drive Metadata, the owner agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The integration is intended only for the Haeya Workspace owner’s personal use. It is not a public, commercial, or multi-user service, and it may remain unverified by Google.
2. What the capability does
The capability requests
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata.readonly
together with openid and email. Its intended
purpose is to prepare a private metadata inventory and Storage Core
census for items owned by the authorized My Drive account.
It does not authorize Haeya to read file bodies, download or export documents, or create, edit, move, rename, share, trash, or delete Drive items. Any future storage action would require a separate, explicit authority contract and is not part of these terms.
3. Current status
The OAuth authorization path is prepared, but the automated Drive metadata inventory and Storage Core handoff are not yet implemented. No promise is made that authorization, inventory generation, or review output will be continuously available. The capability may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn to protect security and privacy.
4. Owner responsibilities
- Authorize only a Google account the owner controls.
- Review the exact permissions shown by Google before consenting.
- Protect access to the private Workspace and private evidence.
- Do not use the capability to inspect data without authorization.
- Independently review storage evidence before taking any action in Google Drive.
5. Evidence is advisory
Storage totals, age bands, paths, checksums, and duplicate groups are review evidence. They may be incomplete because of provider limits, unsupported objects, unavailable fields, or snapshot age. They do not authorize automatic cleanup and should not be treated as a substitute for backup, recovery, or independent verification.
6. Disconnection and deletion
The owner may disconnect the capability in Haeya Workspace or revoke access through Google Account permissions. For a verified request to delete retained credentials, account records, private snapshots, census records, or review projections, contact haeya.biz@gmail.com.
7. No warranty
The personal-use capability is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site grants authority to modify Google Drive or guarantees that review evidence identifies every storage issue.
8. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to haeya.biz@gmail.com. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date before the changed use takes effect.
